In January 2020, Alidade Capital from Michigan purchased Millpond Village. Alidade has invested in a number of properties in the Triangle and strongly believes in the growth and attractiveness of this market. Alidade plans to implement some center upgrades to make it more welcoming and easy to navigate. Alidade’s local team includes York Properties for leasing and Lincoln Harris for property management.
